For what age group is Young Heroes suitable?
We haven't defined a specific age, but it is primarily suitable for young professionals in the first four years of their careers.
Is Young Heroes suitable for young professionals working in all disciplines?
Yes, it doesn't matter in which sector your young professional works.
How do you select the coaches?
Our coaches are selected after a thorough selection process, where personal motivation, experience, and coaching education are discussed.
Does the coaching take place live or digitally?
Coaching will primarily be online via a digital meeting tool of choice. Some Heroes and coaches meet in person, and this is also possible if both the coach and coaches wish to do so.
Do I, as a manager, also have to do anything?
In principle, we take the lead on the journey, but your young professional will certainly involve you in the process through the assignments we provide.
How much time does it take for my employee?
On average about 2 hours per week.
Is all communication in English?
Communication from the platform is indeed in English. From experience, we know that this is not a problem for Gen Z professionals. Coaching is available in English and Dutch.
